Below are just some of the recent commercial electrical contractor projects completed by Forthright Electric Company in the Central Florida area in 2012.

 • City of Oviedo Aquatic Center:
(Electrical Contractor Services Seminole County, Spring 2012)

Retrofit existing electrical system for the installation of three new primary building pumps and one water source heat pump. The installation of these pumps will allow the condensing units to cool through the use of a heat exchanger instead of a conventional fan, which allows for increased energy effeciency.

• Volusia County Services Building:
(Electrical Contractor Services Volusia County, Spring 2012)

Retrofit the existing electrical system for new layout and differing power requirements of two new chillers, two new cooling towers, two new condenser pumps and two new variable volume chilled water pumps.

• Bethune Cookman University:
(Electrical Contractor Services Volusia County, Summer 2012)

Retrofit the existing electrical system and provided a new electrical service for the new air conditioning system. Project also included the installation of a new Direct Digital Control System for the building to achieve greater comfort while at the same time conserving energy.

• Winter Park City Hall:
(Electrical Contractor Services, Spring 2012)

Retrofit the existing electrical system for the installation of a new, energy effecient air conditioning system. The electrical system retrofits included power for a new chiller, three new variablr volume air handler units, one IT room unit, and variable volume chilled water system. Project also included the installation of a new Direct Digital Control System for the building to achieve greater comfort while at the same time conserving energy.
